Valeria Villagomez, a 21-year-old student at San Francisco State University, tragically lost her life on October 24, 2019, in a domestic violence incident. She was fatally shot by her ex-boyfriend, Jose Dejesus Rodriguez, at her home in the Outer Sunset neighborhood of San Francisco. The incident occurred in the afternoon, and Rodriguez was found at the scene by responding officers. He had made the 911 call but did not provide any information about the shooting.
