Ricardo Moran Sr., aged 49, tragically lost his life on October 5, 2019, in San Diego, California. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. in the Shelltown neighborhood, where Moran was engaged in a conversation with a friend outside his home. During this time, a drive-by shooting took place, resulting in Moran being fatally shot and his friend sustaining serious injuries.
