Jabali Lavell Dumas, a 46-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on August 15, 2019. Dumas was shot multiple times while standing outside a convenience store on Foothill Boulevard in Pacoima. The incident occurred in broad daylight, and numerous witnesses were present at the scene.
