Mihoko Koike Parsa, a 38-year-old woman from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost her life on April 14, 2019, in what was determined to be a murder-suicide. According to reports, Mihoko was found shot to death in her home located in the 9100 block of Foster Lane in Chatsworth.
