Tocana Fatima Toca, a 38-year-old woman, was tragically shot and killed on March 27, 2019, in the Leimert Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, the incident occurred in the 4100 block of South 3rd Avenue.
