Randy Martinez, a 21-year-old resident of Carson, California, tragically lost his life on January 26, 2019. According to reports, Randy was fatally shot while walking with a friend in the 21700 block of Dolores Street in Carson. The incident occurred around noon when a vehicle approached them, and someone inside the car opened fire.
