Despite the damage, the car re-entered the freeway and exited again at Paramount Boulevard in Downey. The pursuit concluded on the 9200 block of Samoline Avenue, where the vehicle stopped, and five occupants were arrested. Among the suspects were two females and three males, including two juveniles. The names of the suspects were not released, and the investigation remained ongoing.
