Freddy Oros, a 30-year-old Latino male, was tragically shot and killed on December 14, 2018, near the 4300 block of Whittier Boulevard in East Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Oros was pronounced dead at the scene.
