On a summer evening in New Orleans, the life of 28-year-old Jeremiah Claiborne, also known as Jeremiah Lee, was cut short in a hail of gunfire. On July 28, 2018, Claiborne became the target of a deadly mass shooting in the 3400 block of South Claiborne Avenue.
