Salvador Corrales, a 24-year-old resident of South Gate, California, tragically lost his life on July 26, 2018. The incident occurred in Long Beach, where Corrales was found dead in a parking lot. The investigation revealed that he had been shot nine miles away from where his body was discovered. The Long Beach Police Department responded to a call of shots fired in the 6700 block of Cherry Avenue at around 9:05 p.m. on the night of the incident.
