Enrique "Kiki" Sosa, a 14-year-old boy from Salinas, California, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2018. Kiki was walking home on Russell Road, near Gavilan View Middle School, when he was shot once in the back of the head. His body was discovered around 6:30 p.m., marking the first homicide in Salinas for that year.
