Jessica Lyn Ball, a 28-year-old woman from Shingle Springs, CA, tragically lost her life on October 4, 2017, in a fatal shooting incident. The El Dorado County Sheriff's Department responded to a disturbance call around 5:47 p.m. on Mother Lode Drive and Sunset Lane. Upon arrival, they found Jessica Lyn Ball deceased from a gunshot wound.
