Angel Garcia, an 18-year-old from Paramount, California, tragically lost his life on October 2, 2017. According to reports, Garcia was driving north on Downey Avenue near Alondra Boulevard around 11 p.m. when he was shot multiple times by an unknown assailant in a passing vehicle.
