Siosifa Toetuu Mooni Maama, a 21-year-old Tongan man, tragically lost his life on July 19, 2017, in Los Angeles, California. Maama was working as an unarmed security guard at a marijuana dispensary located in the 11400 block of South Broadway in the Broadway-Manchester area of South Los Angeles.
