Troy Lafayette Washington, a 36-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, was tragically killed on May 31, 2017. According to reports, Washington was sitting in a parked white sedan with two other individuals on the north curb of West 56th Street in the Vermont-Slauson area around 4:50 p.m. when a dark-colored sedan drove by.
