Edwardo Cabellos, a 20-year-old resident of Visalia, California, tragically lost his life on February 28, 2017, due to a gunshot wound to the chest. On the night of the shooting, Cabellos and a 19-year-old man from Hanford were both shot and subsequently transported to Kaweah Delta Medical Center.
