Juan Ignacio Alcala-Romero, a 29-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on January 18, 2017, in Harbor City, Los Angeles. According to police and Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred in the 1200 block of 256th Street West.
