Michael Thompson, a 47-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, tragically lost his life on October 9, 2016. On that day, Long Beach police responded to a call about gunshots in the 1800 block of Long Beach Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers found Thompson with multiple gunshot wounds to his chest.
