Luis Adolfo Chales, a 34-year-old Latino, was tragically killed on September 6, 2016, in Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Chales was fatally shot while riding his bicycle in the 4500 block of West 16th Place in the Mid-City area.
