Ricky Donale Mitchell Jr., an 18-year-old from Palmdale, California, tragically lost his life on May 21, 2016. The incident occurred during a birthday party in the 38000 block of 50th Street East in Palmdale. According to reports, an argument broke out between Mitchell and another partygoer. During the altercation, Mitchell allegedly pulled out a handgun.
