Francisco Sotelo Gonzalez, a 24-year-old resident of Santa Ana, California, tragically lost his life on February 16, 2016. On that fateful day, police responded to a call about a shooting and found Gonzalez suffering from a gunshot wound in the 1100 block of South Harmon Street.
