On a cool November evening in Baltimore, the life of 33-year-old Gerald Gardner Jr. was tragically cut short. On November 12, 2017, police responded to a call in the 2100 block of Sinclair Lane around 8 p.m., where they discovered Gardner inside his car, suffering from gunshot wounds.
