Itzelle Rojas, a 19-year-old resident of South San Francisco, tragically lost her life on January 23, 2015, after being struck by gunfire in Oakland, California. The incident occurred on the night of January 21, 2015, when Rojas was riding in a car with her husband in the San Antonio neighborhood of East Oakland.
