Cesar Alexis Gonzalez, a 17-year-old resident of Salinas, California, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2015. Born on June 6, 1997, Cesar was a young man with his whole life ahead of him. His untimely death was a result of a drive-by shooting that occurred at his home on the 600 block of East Market Street. The incident was part of a series of violent events that plagued Salinas at the time, marking the fourth homicide of the year in the city.
