Jemahl Loharsingh

Jemahl A. Loharsingh, a 23-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, was tragically shot and killed on December 15, 2014, in the Arden-Arcade area. The incident occurred around 5 p.m. near the intersection of Bell Street and Church Avenue. Multiple gunshots were reported, and when deputies arrived at the scene, they found Loharsingh lying on the ground with several gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of emergency personnel, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
