On a Monday evening in Baltimore, the life of Gerry Hall was tragically cut short. On September 25, 2017, at approximately 7:55 p.m., in the 2400 block of Barclay Street, gunfire erupted, leaving Mr. Hall with multiple gunshot wounds.
