Jason Rooters, a 28-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on March 30, 2014. The incident occurred around midnight near Hawes and Arthur avenues in Southwest Fresno. Rooters was found in the driver's seat of a Chevrolet Avalanche, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his head and upper body.
