On a summer afternoon in Baltimore, a 23-year-old man, Donnell Pierce, tragically lost his life in an act of gun violence on July 26, 2017. The shooting occurred around 4 p.m. in the 1200 block of Greenmount Avenue. When police arrived at the scene, they found Pierce suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the location of the shooting.
