Juan Carlos Pedraza, aged 47, was tragically killed on March 18, 2014, in East Salinas, California. Pedraza was shot multiple times and died on a sidewalk outside his house near the intersection of Towt Street and Del Monte Avenue. The incident occurred around 7:10 p.m., a time when many residents were returning home from work, making the crime particularly bold and shocking.
