Rafael Aguilar Rodriguez, a 22-year-old Latino, was fatally shot on November 6, 2012, in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, the incident occurred in the 3300 block of Hunter Street. Rafael was at the home of Gustavo Lopez, a 29-year-old Latino, when Gustavo's brother, Israel Lopez, entered the room and opened fire.
