Alvin Khamchan, a 35-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on November 13, 2011. The incident occurred at the Me Khong restaurant located at Belmont and Diana. Khamchan was shot during an altercation inside the restaurant, which was crowded with around 50 patrons at the time. Despite being rushed to Community Regional Medical Center, Khamchan succumbed to his injuries shortly after the shooting.
