Teresa Ortiz, a 17-year-old Latino woman, tragically lost her life on November 15, 2008, in North Hollywood, Los Angeles, California. Teresa was a passenger in a car when she was shot in the head and killed in the early morning hours. The incident occurred in the 15000 block of Bassett Street.
