In the spring of 2017, the life of Edgar Powers, a 35-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. On the morning of April 30th, Powers was in the 1600 block of Aisquith Street when he became the victim of a fatal shooting. The incident left the community shaken and searching for answers.
