In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Baltimore, the promising life of 19-year-old Victorious Swift was cut short. On March 26, 2017, at approximately 3:00 AM, Swift was fatally shot in the 2300 block of Tioga Parkway, near the corner of Reisterstown Road. Police believe the motive for the attack was a random robbery.
