James Moon, an armored car driver, was tragically murdered on February 9, 1996, in Carson, California. Moon was shot during a robbery at Curtiss Junior High School. This incident was part of a series of violent crimes committed by members of a Carson gang. The perpetrators, Kendrick Loot and Bruce Millsap, were involved in multiple robberies and murders during the mid-1990s.
