On a Tuesday evening in November of 2016, the life of Donta Genite Webb, a 29-year-old African-American male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. In the late hours of November 15th, in the 800 block of North Glover Street, Webb was discovered suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He succumbed to his injuries shortly after the shooting.
