Donte Terrel Harris, a 33-year-old African-American man, was killed in a double shooting on the evening of July 14, 2016, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident took place in the 3100 block of Ferndale Avenue. Harris and another individual were struck by gunfire; Harris succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
