In the early morning hours of a late June day in Baltimore, the life of 18-year-old Maurice Eley, Jr. was tragically cut short. On June 23, 2016, in the 6200 block of Fairdel Avenue, gunshots shattered the quiet of the Northeast Baltimore neighborhood.
