Orestes Betancourt, a 33-year-old resident of Hialeah, Florida, tragically lost his life on August 7, 2021. Betancourt was fatally shot at a gas station where he owned a car wash. The incident occurred when he approached a dark blue BMW, and a gunman inside the vehicle opened fire, striking him fatally. Betancourt was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
