Clarence Tom Thomas Allard, aged 42, tragically lost his life on March 4, 2021, in Pensacola, Florida. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:30 a.m., when Escambia County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a call on Garfield Drive.
