Phillip James Simmons Jr., aged 26, tragically lost his life on October 21, 2020, in Fort Pierce, Florida. He was one of two victims in a double homicide that occurred at the Madison Cay Apartment Homes. The other victim was Emily Marie Gordon, aged 25. Both individuals were found near the parking lot of the apartment complex, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being transported to HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital, they succumbed to their injuries shortly after arrival.
