On a cold November evening in 2015, the life of Anthony Lamont Stewart, a 26-year-old Black/African American man, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. On November 16th, Stewart was found inside a bullet-riddled vehicle in the 2500 block of East Monument Street, the victim of a fatal shooting.
