Deshay Harrell, a 33-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on October 28, 2019, in Orlando, Florida. The incident occurred at the Courtyard Villas apartment complex on South Rio Grande Avenue. According to reports, the Orange County Sheriff's Office received a call about shots fired at approximately 1:45 a.m. When deputies arrived at the scene, they found Deshay Harrell unresponsive.
