Primes "PJ" Rucker III, a 34-year-old African American male, was found dead in his apartment in Orlando, Florida, on July 6, 2019. The Orange County Sheriff's Office responded to a call around 1:30 a.m. and discovered Rucker's body at the Casa Vida Apartments on Veranda Circle. Initial reports indicated that deputies were dispatched for an aggravated battery call, but upon arrival, they found Rucker fatally wounded.
