Derian Buddy McGoogin, a 23-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on October 13, 2018. McGoogin, affectionately known as "Buddy" by his family and friends, was found dead in the flowerbed in front of his home on Dublin Court in Northwest Jacksonville.
