Kelvin R. Farmer, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2018, in Tallahassee, Florida. The incident occurred during a drug deal that turned into a robbery. On the evening of April 3, the Tallahassee Police Department responded to a call and found Kelvin Farmer in his car with a gunshot wound to the head.
