In the summer of 2015, Jefferson Bolden, a 34-year-old man from Baltimore, Maryland, lost his life in a fatal shooting. The incident that cut his life short took place on or around July 22nd of that year. Known to his friends and family as '2 jeff,' he was remembered as a 'layed back guy.'
