On July 21, 2015, a 40-year-old Black/African American man named RajaEe Naneem Sincere was killed in Baltimore, Maryland. At approximately 10:20 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 3400 block of Cliftmont Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered Mr. Sincere inside a vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
