Sally Kaufmann-Ruff, aged 64, was found dead on January 30, 2018, in her home in Dunnellon, Florida. The initial report suggested that she was killed during a home invasion. However, further investigation revealed inconsistencies in the crime scene that did not align with the story of an intruder. Detectives discovered that the evidence pointed towards a staged crime scene, leading them to suspect foul play from within the household.
