In the early hours of a summer Friday in Baltimore, the life of Curtis Doriah Mitchell, a 27-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short. On June 12, 2015, at approximately 2:54 a.m., Mitchell was found the victim of a fatal shooting in the 1100 block of North Franklintown Road.
