Evan Flynn, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on February 16, 2017, in Miami Gardens, Florida. The incident occurred in the 3400 block of Northwest 206th Street as Flynn was leaving a friend's home. According to police reports, Flynn was approached by an unknown gunman who demanded his gold necklace. Surveillance footage captured the harrowing moments when the gunman opened fire, hitting Flynn.
